Cherne Labs is an AI automation studio based in Ontario, Canada. We exist because the gap between what AI can do and what most businesses are actually getting from it is enormous, and closing it requires real engineering, not slide decks.
We design, build, and operate autonomous systems that survive contact with production: instrumented, owned by the client, and engineered to keep running after we hand them off.
Why this
looks different.
Most "AI agencies" are either consultancies in disguise or template shops that rebrand a Zapier flow as digital transformation. Cherne Labs is neither.
We're a small, deliberately scoped studio that takes on a limited number of engagements at a time. Each one gets the attention it would get from a senior in-house team, because that's effectively what we are, on loan.
